I have been massaging sore and stressed bodies as long as I can remember.
Knowing massage can relieve a majority of anyone's pain and tensions keeps me invigorated.
The greatest pleasure about massaging is the rewarding smile from a client after my massage.
Debbie has been studying and working in the field of natural medicine for nine years. Her approach to massage therapy reflects her holistic approach to medicine. She aims to create an experience that relieves the body and mind of their physical and mental stresses and strains. In conjunction with the therapeutic flow of her massage style, the overall experience is one that refreshes, revives and restores an inner state of balance. Studies have shown that regular massage reduces the production of stress hormones within the body, thereby increasing the potency and efficiency of the immune system. Therapeutic massage also provides benefits such as stress and pain relief, improved detoxification processes within the body, improved circulation, lower blood pressure, improved posture and range of motion, and better healing within the body. Debbie believes that people of all ages benefit from the healing effects of therapeutic massage.
